Alisha’s Trash The Dress

Yes…finally get to post this, Alisha’s Trash The Dress Video, We shot all day in a spooky house built in 1919 with no water or electricity and had to use generators for the tv power and heater. We also brought in a 150 lb claw foot tub and had water delivered via Amazing Auto Services big thanks to Allen for waking up and delivering at 7AM, yall check him out! The water in the tub had to be no warmer than 40 degrees ….makes me shiver just thinking about it! I asked Javon Longieliere of Javon Longieliere Photography to come with us on this shoot , yall have to check out his work….amazing! We wanted the concept to be kinda dark and taboo from what your use to seeing in the wedding video business! The song is titled ” Time Of The Season” which is fitting since were in the beginning of this hot wedding season! So Check it out and drop us a line to tell us what you think! Peace
World Ventures 2010 Same Day Edit

Well this is part of what IHN flew us to Texas to shoot along with some personal video for their website that hasn’t yet been edited! We had sooooo much fun shooting this SDE, Scott Sweeny was awesome on the after effects stuff and over all it was such a great opportunity for us. We had all the “happy face” stuff shot and the video just seemed lack luster, I thought it needed an intro so i took their slogan “Are You Free” and turned it into a cool intro middle and ending without nobody knowing except for Scott and I and they loved it….so much that we got invited to work on some bigger conceptual pieces this year in the hopes of merging corporate video into a film style hybrid mix. Texas Bound

Im super pumped to say that IHN productions has asked us back to join with their crew and shoot some awesome video….This time in good old Dallas Texas at the Dallas Convention Center . In the largest free standing ballroom in the world…just look at these pics of last years show!
What im not excited about is waking up and catching a 4AM flight…this morning ….that gets me in Texas at oh… around sleepy time! Traveling now that I have a little boy is harder than ever…now even planes are starting to freak me out., but this is a sweet change of pace and a great way to network! So according to the schedule after i arrive a PA is gonna be picking me up from the airport…so funny im starting to feel like a real DP, and Scott Miller and I are off to shoot a web vid for IHN Productions. Then the Show stuff starts…its the 2010 World Ventures… here is a vid i found of the show , not sure who shot this but this is what they are flying me out to shoot!
Looks like a blast , im sure were gonna kill it! Big Big thanks to Chris Knowles for giving me this great opportunity and believing in my product! Cant wait to land!

Haiti EarthQuake Relief

On January 12, a 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti. Lets join recovery efforts mobilizing around the world to assist earthquake victims. For the months of February and March your booking will help disaster victims rebuild their lives and their communities. Happy New Year

This is the last post of 09, and what a great year it was. As I reflect back we got to film our first destination wedding in Mexico. Transitioned into the world of HD and worked with some really amazing people…vendors and brides. All and all it was a really great year being the busiest wedding videographer in Atlanta.
2010 is going to be crazy for indy as be are traveling to NYC, California, Ohio and NJ to film some weddings and out of the box indy Bridal Extreme videos. Along with that we are adding some really cool gear to our arsenal of filming greatness and adding 2 new genres…Music Videos and Commercial. To allow room for these we are only going to shoot two weddings a month, So if your considering booking with us please do so soon , We only have around 12 spots left for 2010!
So to everyone of our followers and to our bride and grooms, Thank yall so much, Have a safe and happy New Year. Dont forget to eat your greens and black eyed peas!

Origanlly we scheduled to shoot on the day I flew back in from Vegas but luckily it got rained out so I got to sleep. The new date was for the day after Halloween! A Week of Firsts

Well it finally has happened..while out in Vegas for NAB earlier this year I met an incredibly talented and uber busy producer Chris Nowles of IHN Productions. These guys do some really big stuff and when I say big I mean really really huge events like these…
So I got a call from him not too long ago and he asked me to come shoot some stuff for a show in Vegas this week so off I go, I fly out Wednesday “which is today” and get one day to play with the cameras and stuff before a 3 Day shoot. Its kinda of an honor because he likes my camera work enough to fly us out there with great pay ” i must say its the most I ever made while in Vegas….he he ” but never the less a great compliment, Thank you Chris for the opportunity!!!! Anyway afterwords… I fly home on a red eye and soon as I get off the plane its off to shoot Kristy Dickerson’s promo video which is another first for us! No sleep this week but its going to be awesome Definitely stay posted for all of this and more. Hopefully Ill learn some cool stuff to add to my arsenal of techniques and take away an awesome experience that I can apply to bigger and better wedding videos!!!!

NAB Day 3

Well the third and final day of NAB has come and gone. We met some incredible people and learned some wicked cool tricks and techniques. Over all it was a great conference and can’t wait till next year. Somehow I booked the wrong flight home and had to spend another day in vegas without a room so I’ve been up over 36 hours and can barley keep my eyes open but at least nothing closes around hear.
